P&G + Amazon Collaboration

App Design

Overview

About the project

In the UX Design Experience Studio course at Purdue University, my team and I were paired with our sponsor, Jordan Denton at Procter and Gamble (P&G). When the COVID-19 pandemic forced individuals around the world to stay at home, online shopping sales soared. One of the online sellers who benefited from this was Amazon.com. P&G, our sponsor, utilizes Amazon.com as one avenue to sell various products ranging from skincare to detergents online. Our sponsor at P&G tasked us to deliver design insights and recommendations to increase shopping frequency, drive product discovery, eliminate pain points, and optimize shopping tools like 'Subscribe and Save' on the Amazon mobile app.
